# 9. International transfer of personal data

9.1. AmFi may transfer the User's Personal Data that is collected to countries other than those in which the information was originally collected. When such Personal Data is transferred to other countries, AmFi takes all the necessary measures to ensure that the Personal Data will remain secure and that the international transfer is made in accordance with one of the mechanisms provided by LGPD.
