What can be done with a pool?

Originators can customize the pool according to their needs, provide the transaction data and add parameters to the pool to launch it on the blockchain. After the customizations and approval by our team of specialists, the pool is launched.

Customization of a pool

AmFi has a variety of fields so Originators can customize their pools to their needs in four steps:

  1. Basic Pool Information: this section must be filled out with the most basic information, such as the name, the country of operation, the payment partner, and any necessary information so that the investor can do their own research before investing.

  2. Pool Economics: this is where Originators start customizing the pool. All financial information and criteria must be established here. For example: pool size, target yield of the senior tranche, subordination rate.

  3. Risk Groups and Write-off Schedules: here the Originators have to define the conditions that apply to the Borrowers. All fields are user-defined and completion is the responsibility of the Originator. For example: maximum installment delay and minimum provision percentage.

  4. Portfolio Eligibility Criteria: This section requires additional information to identify the pool and operations, such as dates, borrower profile information, maximum concentration in a single borrower, and maximum concentration in a specific asset sector.

Once these choices are made, AmFi deploys the data and business rules on the blockchain in the form of smart contracts.

Tools available in a pool:

The Originator will have access to their pool on our platform, where they can access various features that allow for quick and efficient operations, including:

  • Creation and monitoring of Borrower profiles;

  • Creation and management of users for you, the originator, to grant your team various levels of access to the pool as needed;

  • Real-time transaction history, where you can view new investments, disbursements, debt amortizations, and pool costs in real time and export this history to a CSV file, for example;

  • Checking the status of loans: open, paid, or in default;

  • Creation and management of collections via boleto or Pix;

  • Reconciliation screen, where it is possible to reconcile the payments made with the outstanding balance;

  • Amortization to distribute income proportionally among the token holders of each tranche;

  • Loan application creation screen, where originators can submit their operations to the pool (it is possible to import assets in bulk or via API).

Thus, you have all the necessary tools to execute an operation with great efficiency and speed. The AmFi team offers training to show how to navigate our platform and provides all the assistance you need.
