# 8. Lei aplicável e disputas legais

8.1 Cada parte deste Contrato concorda irrevogavelmente que os tribunais da cidade de São Paulo, Brasil, terão jurisdição exclusiva para ouvir, resolver e/ou determinar qualquer disputa, controvérsia ou reivindicação (incluindo qualquer disputa, controvérsia ou reivindicação não contratual) decorrente com ou sem conexão com este Contrato, incluindo qualquer dúvida sobre sua existência, validade, formação ou rescisão.

8.2 Este acordo e qualquer disputa ou reivindicação (incluindo disputas ou reivindicações não contratuais) decorrentes ou relacionadas a ele ou seu objeto ou formação ou uso dos Serviços serão regidas e interpretadas de acordo com as leis do Brasil independentemente de seu conflito de provisões legais.
