# 7. Má conduta

7.1 Podemos exigir informações adicionais, desativar ou excluir sua conta se:

• sua conta estiver sendo usada para lavagem de dinheiro ou para qualquer outra atividade ilegal, ou nos parecer que está;

• você ocultar ou fornecer informações de identificação falsas e outros detalhes;

• você violar a confidencialidade ou privacidade de outra pessoa ou outros direitos, ou qualquer dever devido por você;

• você violar quaisquer direitos de propriedade intelectual pertencentes à AmFi ou a terceiros;

• você se fizer passar por outra pessoa;

• você tentar fazer engenharia reversa, descompilar ou desfazer a versão do código objeto dos Serviços;

• você violar estes Termos, qualquer um dos termos adicionais aplicáveis e/ou quebrar seus compromissos e promessas conosco.
