# 9. Transferência internacional de Dados Pessoais

9.1. A AmFi pode transferir os Dados Pessoais do Usuário coletados para países diferentes daqueles em que as informações foram originalmente coletadas. Quando tais Dados Pessoais são transferidos para outros países, a AmFi toma todas as medidas necessárias para garantir que os Dados Pessoais permaneçam seguros e que a transferência internacional seja feita de acordo com um dos mecanismos previstos pela LGPD.
