# 8. Quando deletamos os seus Dados Pessoais

8.1. A AmFi retém os Dados Pessoais e as informações do Usuário apenas pelo tempo necessário para cumprir as finalidades para as quais a AmFi processa as informações, de acordo com as disposições desta Política. O período de retenção é determinado de acordo com o tipo de informação, a natureza da informação e as obrigações legais e regulamentares aplicáveis a essa informação.

8.2. Por outro lado, a AmFi poderá conservar os Dados Pessoais do Utilizador por períodos mais longos quando tal seja necessário para o cumprimento de obrigações legais e regulamentares, para o exercício de direitos em ações judiciais e procedimentos administrativos e/ou arbitrais, para combate à fraude, ou sempre que haja base legal para justificar o processamento de tais Dados Pessoais.
